I’m sharing my essential marketing checklist with you. I ALWAYS stick to this list each week—without it, I tend to go off track, even after all these years! Marketing is all about consistency. Just like fitness, it’s the daily and weekly actions that truly make a difference. Marketing Tips 1 Send Out a Newsletter to all clients. 2 Plan a Weekly Theme for social media: Are you building your audience or promoting a new class/programme? 3 Create a Timetable Graphic for the week with booking details—post everywhere. 4 Update Your Groups with new goal-setting tips. 5 Schedule IG and FB posts for the week. 6 Instagram Tip: Static posts are showing up more in feeds, so maximise this. 7 Promote New Classes: Go live or post a video introducing new classes or courses. 8 Go LIVE or film a quick video talking about this week’s classes or PT slots. 9 Update Your Website & Google My Business/Google Business Suite. 10 Collect Testimonials and share on stories with links to your classes. 11 Call to Action: Ensure every post directs viewers to take action, like booking or engaging. 12 Check Sales Pages & Booking Links to make sure everything works smoothly. Just one hour of focused marketing planning can make a huge difference in your week’s success!
