uick Fitness Pilates Flow Sequence:
Start with a Roll Down from standing, articulating through the spine as you fold forward. Walk your hands out into a High Plank position, engaging the core. From here, tap each knee down softly to the mat, alternating for stability. Transition into a Hover, holding for a few breaths to challenge core strength. Next, extend into a Superman by lifting opposite arm and leg, alternating sides to engage the back and glutes. Walk the hands back, rolling up through the spine to return to standing. Repeat for a smooth, controlled Pilates flow!

* Join our Level 3 Reformer Facebook Group to share your practice videos for discussion and support.
* Access to a Pilates Reformer for practice and to complete your filmed assessment.
Assessment:
* Complete the Learning Achievement Record (LAR) as part of your assessment.
* Present a 20 minute Talk On The History of Pilates and The Reformer
* Log 20 Hours of professional Practice
* Complete Exercise Analysis Worksheet & Professional Discussion with Tutor
* Plan & Deliver 2 Pilates Reformer sessions Beginners & Intermediate
* Bespoke One To One Client Work – Work with A Real Client
