To achieve the YMCA Level 3 Award in Supporting Participation in Physical Activity: Menopause, learners must pass 3 mandatory units. Assessments include:

- Plan a presentation on the fundamentals of menopause and the implications of health and wellbeing.
- Professional discussion with tutor
- Plan a presentation on 10 minute presentation on the effect of declining hormones health and wellbeing for individuals transitioning through the menopause
- Professional discussion with the tutor.
- Applied case study with 2 Clients, Clients case study are supplied
- Plan an exercise session & a 10 session Progressive Programme
- Professional discussion
- Case study with a real client and recorded in the client consultation and assessment  – this can be Any group exercise modality including Pilates if learner holds relevant quals.
