Fitness Pilates for Children and Teens certification and new lesson plans

Fitness Pilates for Children and Teens certification and new lesson plans launches tomorrow

Fitness Pilates Children and Teens Workshop – Rachel Live Workshop

    Date: 6th September

Rachel will be introducing three exciting new Fitness Pilates units designed specifically for children and teens, catering to different age groups with tailored experiences.

Unit 1: FP Story (Ages 5-8)
This unit uses storytelling and imagination to engage young children in Fitness Pilates. Through creative narratives, children will be guided through movements that build strength, flexibility, and balance, all while having fun and staying active.

Unit 2: FP Education (Ages 9-12)
Focused on educating pre-teens about the importance of fitness and body awareness, this unit combines Pilates exercises with easy-to-understand lessons on posture, core strength, and overall fitness. It’s designed to keep them motivated and curious about the benefits of exercise.

Unit 3: FP Experience (Ages 13-16)
Teens will experience more advanced Pilates exercises to build strength, flexibility, and endurance. This unit challenges participants with dynamic movements and focuses on developing control, coordination, and body confidence, perfect for this growing age group.
