The Supporters EVOLVES. The Supporters started as a Facebook Subscription group almost 5 years ago and has grown and evolved with the goal of providing class content and business help for Group Fitness Teachers and is based around the daily Business Briefings.

I moved the entire membership over to the C2GO platform last year and it’s taken a while to get the tech all working and everything slick, but we are there now, so do check out the library.

The Facebook and WhatsApp groups provide a brilliant community and support, but my goal is now to bring in more speakers and more support, especially around Fitpro health – mental health for fitpros. The mental toll of running a business, social media, teaching classes, and keeping up with trends is a lot, so help managing stress and mental well-being is something I am keen to explore.
