    Thank you to everyone who attended the FP summit on Friday. Out of all the summits we have done, this had the most innovative ideas and practical information to take your classes to the next level.

    Kelly taught an FP Balance Pods session, and the “Downgrade Pain and Upgrade Movement” both were packed with brand new ideas and cutting-edge concepts. I delivered a new “Fitness Pilates Peri to Post-Menopause” session. The menopause conversation is getting bigger and louder and creating specific FP programmes designed for menopause is a fabulous direction to take your classes.

    Tom Waldron followed up all afternoon with his ground-breaking “Pilates and Pelvic Health Workshop” which is innovative, insightful, practical and as 3 women report pelvic floor dysfunction, it is a growing demand within Pilates.
