There is a huge market for chair fitness with more people working from home you could schedule in 15 minute seated energy breaks through the day on Facebook and YouTube, to attract this demographic.

1: Working from home? Join me every day at 1pm on ( Facebook/YT/IG or wherever you stream) for a 15 minute Sit Fitness Energiser.
2:Seated relaxation, visualisation, and meditation online classes.
3: Sit Fitness Express – 30 minutes Seated Strength Training.
4: Sit Fitness Classes for the less mobile.
Make it funky and cool for all ages and abilities.
