    *FITPRO IDEAS And BRAINSTORMING*

    Have you thought about running a retreat in 2019?

    Taking small groups away for total “immersion”  A retreat can be an evening, a day, a weekend locally or overseas.  Retreats are growing exponentially and a perfect addition to your fitness business.

     I am currently in Turkey teaching on our Fitness Holidays and you can see the interest is growing for fitness and wellbeing breaks.

    **Going  Online

    It really is now or never. The social media platforms are becoming more complex and labour intensive and competitive. BUT you can still do it if you are willing to create good quality content, consistently. But my gut feeling is you have got to jump in now, because of the costs associated with promoting your services online on Facebook, Instagram is going up and the amount of time and work it takes is increasing.

    RIGHT now is a golden window of opportunity so jump right in and get going with your online ambitions.

     

    **CLASS INSPIRATION

    Here is a short list of classes I am getting feedback on are doing really well around the UK.

    *MEN ONLY CLASSES – Men On Mats Pilates classes are popular.

    *STEP – Yes you know my feelings… Bring it back!

    *FITNESS PILATES VIBES – A new FP classes aimed at millennials. 

    *BARRE classes.

    *MOBILITY CLASSES – Everyone is SOOO Stiff what about offering 30-45 minute Mobility Workouts (I am just about to teach MOBILITY & MEDITATION in Turkey)

    *RETRO HILO/AEROBICS – It never went away in my life but again demand is growing just as with Step. Why not organise a masterclass?

    *HEALTHY BACKS & POSTURE – 30 minutes Posture Improvement Classes.

    *LIFT LEAN –  10 Minute Strength Training
