Posterior Chain Sequences:
I have had more requests for posterior chain sequences and movement routines so I filmed a short flow for you to add into class this week. There has never been a more important time to incorporate posterior chain work and postural improvement exercises into your sessions so I hope you and your clients find this useful – Do keep feeding back to me via the FB group and I can film videos for you that are helpful and useful.
If you click the links above you will see the Posterior Chain Workout and also a 7 minute Time Saver Abs & Core Workout which is not strictly FP but some ideas you may want to adapt for your Men On Mats or more intense FP classes.
