HIIT Workouts in Small Spaces and Box Bootcamp Ideas
If you are teaching F2F we have to stay within our square so I have created a BOX Bootcamp workout. You can easily do this at home in your online classes if you mark the floor, you don’t have to use tape on the floor as I did in the video but mark the corners of the squares with a physical item.
