This weekend was the International Fitness Showcase in Blackpool and I presented 2 FP sessions, my own which is Fitness Pilates Shoulders, Spine, Hip & Knees and I covered Kelly’s Fitness Pilates Athletica Flow, which is a more advanced FP non stop flow.
I had amazing feedback from the attendees and the FP teachers who came to the session – If you were there THANK YOU for coming.
