It’s candle light season and a great way to get people out on the darker nights is to offer a beautiful relaxing candle light session. It could be gentle Fitness Pilates, Bedtime breathwork, Blissful Yoga or Gentle stretch and relaxation.
- Get tea lights and twinkly tea lights and fairy lights from Amazon, Home Bargains or Primark.
- Create an event and sell tickets.
- Create calming graphics and videos to promote on social media.
- Use vistaprint for posters, cards and create an event QR code to help promote.
- Create an event on Facebook.
- Take pictures and videos on the night and use for PR
You could run one on ZOOM I am doing my first one of the season and we are really looking forward.

- Plan your 2023 Class blocks and bookings ready to launch and sell on Black Friday.
- Package up recordings and courses and sell at a discount.
- Create a new PT package to sell for December and January.
- Create your 2023 Online Group Programme ready to launch on BF.
